Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a very hot spice mixture called Jamaican Jerk Spice. Jerk seasoning is traditionally applied to chicken and various meats.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Choose Your Protein / Pick Your Style

Yard Man Style is served with rice and peas, fried sweet plantains and vegetables. 

The Jamerican Way is served over a bed of crispy crinkle fries.

A 2 oz. container of jerk sauce is included with each plate below.

Extra sauce can be added for a fee.
